Spring 2014 a friend of mine referred me to Kate Snow.  I showed up at Kate’s feeling low, and very fragmented; my family was profoundly chaotic, my boyfriend intensely demanding and, as Kate put it, I was pulled around the globe “by a tyranny of talents,” each one undermining the other.   Through the therapeutic process with Kate, and my commitment to Individuate – I have been able to see and understand genetic patterns, destructive behaviors, and unproductive choices.  Dismantling old psychological dynamics with Kate’s help and guidance, and my deep desire for change, has brought me back to my acting teacher Deborah Kampmeier and my desire to hone and discipline my calling – being an actor.  Kate Snow is a special person giving the gift of her intuitive intelligence, and skills.  I give thanks daily that we met and connected.
